Can I just say ‘Thankyou’ for the way Alice and Felicity treated my query
on the phone after I tried to decide which of two choices that I had to
consider.

They were both very, very helpful. Of course, not to forget Laura, who I
understand worked on the quote!

It is easy to complain if needed,but I value the efforts and consideration
of the ladies who I dealt with and they were delightful.

I am sure that the work required will be to my satisfaction.
