Hi Anne,

I just wish to put pen to paper and thank all the team who were involved in producing my plaque.
The plaque was a conclusion to a family issue that had remained open and not dealt with for 30 plus years. The service and help I received from you all was fantastic, the plaque was all I hoped for and more than I hoped for. It is beautiful in its own way, the care and attention to detail are second to none and that includes the couriers you use. The ease I had in dealing with any issues was amazing and once again thankyou for your wonderful service.

On a lighter note Merry Christmas to you all and all the best for 2015.
